InterOil E&P ASA held its Extraordinary General Meeting at the Company's premises in Strandveien 50, Lysaker on the 21 of August 2008. In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, 99.9% of the General Meeting unanimously approved all proposals and the settlement agreement with the related parties given in the notice.
