The board presented a revised proposal for the equity issue under item 4 on the agenda. The revised proposal is attached to the minutes.
The revised proposal was unanimously approved by the shareholders' meeting.
The board has also stated that it will consider executing a private placement following the capital increase directed towards those of the company's existing shareholders who have not been able to participate in the capital increase (a repair issue).
