General Manager of Interoil Colombia, Mauricio De La Mora has decided to resign from his position as general manager due to personal reasons. The resignation is effective immediately.
Interoil would like to thank Mr. De La Mora for his considerable efforts over the last 11 years. Through this period Mr. De La Mora has managed Interoil Colombia through a difficult period and Interoil is grateful for the valuable contributions that he has provided to us during this time.
Interoil wishes Mr. De La Mora the best of luck in the future.
CFO Doris Pastrana will take over as temporary General Manager for Interoil Colombia until a permanent replacement has been found.
