Interoil is happy to announce that Carlos Guerrero Moreno has accepted the position as General Manager in Interoil Colombia.
Mr. Guerrero Moreno comes to Interoil from the position as Exploration and New Ventures Manager at Gran Tierra Energy Colombia.
Mr. Guerrero Moreno is a Geologist and Geophysicist and holds a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Mr. Guerrero Moreno is a Colombian citizen with more than 20 years experience from the Latin American oil and gas industry. He has held various managerial positions with Ecopetrol prior to his current role in Gran Tierra Energy Colombia.
The appointment of Mr. Guerrero Moreno will be effective as of 18 November 2013.
