Interoil has been informed that the ICC in Paris has extended the deadline for the arbitration court to make their final ruling in the arbitration proceedings between Interoil and PeruPetro. The new deadline is 31. January 2014. This is in line with Interoil's expectations and what has previously been communicated to the market.
Interoil therefore expects to receive the final ruling on whether Interoil has the right to extend the term of its original license to October 2014 (Block IV) and March 2016 (Block III) by 31. January 2014.
