Oslo, 19 November 2014 - As announced on 31 October and 4 November 2014, Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (the "Company") has entered into a transaction agreement pursuant to which it will transfer ownership of its Peruvian assets to United Oilfield Colombia Inc. ("UOC") through the sale of the Company's subsidiary Interoil Exploration and Production Exploration and Production Latin America AS ("LATAM").
The transaction was completed today, and UOC is the new owner of the shares in LATAM.
