Oslo, 30 April 2015: Interoil Exploration and Production ASA's Colombian subsidiary ("Interoil") is pleased to provide an update on the additional USD10.5 million guarantee for LLA-47.
As previously reported the ANH required an additional USD 10.5 million guarantee for LLA-47 by the end of April 2015.
Interoil is currently finalising the actions required to fulfil the ANH regulations and requirements. Given the time it takes to formalise guarantees with financial institutions, Interoil has requested from the ANH an extension of 60 days to enable Interoil to complete this process with Colpatria Bank.
