As noted in our 2015 Annual Report, a conciliation meeting was due to be held with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos ("ANH") on 18 May 2016 to consider the extrajudicial conciliation petition filed by the company in respect of the COR-6 situation. Due to the fact the ANH have not yet completed their internal review process the ANH has postponed the meeting, which has been rescheduled for 25 May 2016.
