Further to our announcement on 19 May 2016, the postponed conciliation meeting was due to be held with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos ("ANH") on 25 May 2016 to consider the extrajudicial conciliation petition filed by the company in respect of the COR-6 situation. Due to the fact the ANH has still not completed their internal review of the proposal presented by the company, the ANH has requested for the meeting to be further postponed. The meeting has been rescheduled for 22 June 2016.
