Further to our announcement on 13 July 2016, pursuant to which we announced that agreement had been reached with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos subject to court approval, the company has been advised that the agreement has not been approved by the court.
The company is evaluating the implications of this decision and the different legal alternatives it has to protect its interest and will inform any future action taken when available and as appropriate.
