An Extraordinary General Meeting of Interoil Exploration and Production ASA was held at Kronprinsensgate 17, Oslo on Friday 7 April 2017 at 10:00.
The general meeting resolved to grant the board of directors an authorisation to increase the Company's share capital by up to a total of NOK 8,086,289 shares which may be used for capital increases done to provide financing for the Company's business.
