Oslo, 24 July 2018 - Interoil Exploration and Production ASA (Interoil) is pleased to confirm that the company has paid interest related to the bond issued on January 2015. The amount paid was USD 1,123,062.48.
Leandro Carbone, CEO, commented: "We are pleased that our financial discipline allows us to keep honouring our commitment with bondholders. This is the third interest instalment paid in line with our long-term financing plan".
The next interest payment is due in January 2019. The bond matures in January 2020.
